1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Bespoke Cutlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. If you choose to continue, billing begins after the trial at the plan price shown on the pricing page.

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You retain ownership of all project data you create.

5. Intellectual property

Bespoke Cutlist and its software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited licence to use the service for your business during your subscription.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Cut lists are generated with AI assistance and should be verified before cutting.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
