1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address and business details. We also collect information about how you use Bespoke Cutlist, such as projects created, cut lists generated and features used.

When you start a paid subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment information securely.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send you service-related communications, and provide customer support. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for analytics and product improvement.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the app (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain your project and cut list data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your projects at any time. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising without your consent.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data using encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
